Here's What You Need to Know:

We've migrated your wholesale account
If you had an existing account with us, you should have received an email with instructions to activate your account on the new site. Didn't see it? No problem.

Your wholesale pricing is still active
Once logged in, you'll see wholesale pricing throughout the site. If you don’t, double check that you’re signed in with your wholesale account email. Still having trouble? Reach out—we’re here to help.

Didn’t receive the migration email?
Sometimes it gets stuck in spam folders or sent to an old email address. If you're unsure or need help accessing your account, contact us at online@janemarie.com or call (318)-777-1310 to gain access. 

Looking for order status or tracking?
All orders placed after 7/22/2025 will show in your new account dashboard. For older orders, our customer service team can help you track or reference previous shipments.

Working With a Sales Rep?

If your account is managed by a sales rep, you’re still in great hands.

The Link Companies and Next Gen Dallas represent Jane Marie. You can place orders directly through the website or continue working with your rep as you always have.
